Who We Are

Richard Henry Lee Elementary Parent Teacher Association (Lee's PTA) serves Richard Henry Lee Elementary in Rossmoor, CA , which is a part of the Los Alamitos Unified School District. We are located at 11481 Foster Road, Los Alamitos  CA 90720.

Lee's PTA is made up of the Executive Board, Committee Chair Members, and parent volunteers who are all committed to giving our time to collaborate with the District, Lee's teachers, and staff to provide the best opportunities for our students. The Executive Board are nominated parents who oversee the management of PTA, provide updates to the District, coordinate with other PTAs, and ensure the needs of students, teachers, and staff are met. Committee Chairs are volunteers who support a specific PTA sponsored event. Lee's PTA welcomes all and any volunteer to support FamiLEE!

Why Join Lee's PTA
Here are some reasons to join Lee's PTA:
  • Collaboration: Lee's PTA serves as a platform of communication between parents, teachers, administrators, and the community. The open channel of sharing information and discussing concerns allows for better decisions made for our students.
  • Student Enrichment: Lee's PTA organizes fundraisers to provide additional resources to enrich the learning experiences of all students.
  • Advocacy: Lee's PTA advocates for the needs of students and their families in our district, county, and the State. Lee's PTA can have a significant impact on policies that affect the district, school, and students. Please see "Advocacy Support" Page for more information.
  • Community:  Lee's PTA builds community among students, parents, teachers, and school staff by organizing social events and family activities.

​Lee's PTA is membership based and all proceeds support our programs at Lee and provides us with a voice to advocate at the State Level!
